Reporters may consider this unimportant, but it isn't: Vaping is NOT smoking. I don't care how it is defined by statute, academics, or other top-down authorities. People who use these products have *never deviated* on this point. If you pretend to care about PWUD, LISTEN TO THEM!

Helped a client in her 70's to make a big change today. After a couple years of the same wattage/nic level/puffing, she wanted bigger clouds, more flavor and puffing. Cut her nic level in half with a new device/coil at twice the wattage. She left laughing and blowing HUGE clouds.
