I was very pleased to speak to the @PWCYDs and the @PerspectivePw audience about important issues on Saturday!
I appreciate the hard work and attention our Young Dems put into their passion for electoral politics. Answering them helps me recognize how our younger voters feel about the issues.
I also want to thank the @essex_richmond County Dems for their forum yesterday. I was glad to hear these questions especially because our most rural areas are often not given the time to be heard.
These two groups are often ignored as not important because of demographics or the topography of their communities. Just because you are our youngest voters or are not living in a dense community doesn't mean you aren't just as valued.
EVERYONE should be heard. No matter where you are in the district or the demographics, you are still a member of our community and your needs matter. If you need a job, healthcare, or to ensure you have fresh water and clean air, you must be heard just the same as everyone else.
