Excellent question. In this case, a federal contractor is the person who owns or is the sole proprietor of a business. Meaning, if Joe Cool Construction has a contract, then Mr. Joe Cool cannot donate. But if you just work for Joe Cool, you can donate.pic.twitter.com/0pI5MlhUl4
