By 'veterans' do you mean ALL those who served or just retirees? What about people dishonorably discharged or medical'd out? I served honorably for 10 years in the Army but never meant to make a career out of it. What restrictions would be placed on this? I like the idea though

As with any policy proposal, we'd have to do a thorough review to get input from several experts and have public hearings, but my initiative refers to those who have served.
