Absolutely. Also I guess Nuclear deterrent wont work very well for Israel either - if Israel drops Nukes in South Lebanon or Syria, the fallout will easily reach Israel as well. Whereas Hezbollah and others can destroy hit Israel with tons of conventional weapons..
