    Seeing comments on why didn't do more with the new fireworks bylaw. Here is a snapshot of some of the calls holding, Halloween night. At any given time there are about 65 calls waiting for police to attend; unfortunately most will have a higher priority than fireworks.

    Our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Lillian Rose Howard.

    It is with heavy hearts that we remember our friend and advisor Lillian Rose Howard. Lillian sat on the SisterWatch Committee, our Indigenous Advisory Committee, and was past Executive Director of the Vancouver Aboriginal Community Policing Centre. She will be greatly missed.

    : looking for dash-cam footage and witnesses who were in the area of Main and Fraser, between 41st and 57th, between 10:30 and 11:15 p.m. Saturday night regarding a homicide investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call 604-717-2500.

    : One man has been killed & two others seriously wounded in 14th homicide of 2021. officers discovered the victims around 11 pm Saturday at a roll-over collision near Fraser & E. 55. They may have had a confrontation with people in another car
