one of the best things you can do to support you disabled / neurodivergent friends is to continue to invite us to things even though we may have to say no/cancel often due to our health. we want to be there, we promise. and when we can we will, please don't stop inviting us🫶🏻

“You’re an inspiration” (when you’re just existing).
“Just think positively”
“Get well soon” (with chronic illness)
“My friend has that too but they can do it, why can’t you?”
