    The withdrawal request will be allowed after verification. After 5 November 2021, the company will complete the liquidation process. Any withdrawal request thereafter will not be accepted.

    Please withdraw all assets before the closure date. Any assets remaining past closure date will be collected and a refund process will begin. After the closure of the Valuex trading platform, users may contact us via email to withdraw their assets before 5 November 2021.

    Xtheta Global will suspend both the deposit and withdrawal services for ETH and ERC20 tokens at 16:00, 15 April 2021 (UTC+8). Trading of ETH and ERC20 tokens will not be affected. Resumption of withdrawal and deposits will be based on the stability of the Ethereum network.
