Plz tell me when is school system in business to move residents out of their apts just to build a new school trying to use eminent domain

@ValenciaStovall I know of several school systems that have purchased apt complexes! hough I don't think ED was used, landlords glad 2 sell
@HelpDeKalbKids When landlord doesn't want to sell, why would system threat to use eminent domain. Plenty of open property in Clayton
