Internet friends, I need your help: How do I learn to edit YouTube videos? I'm starting from complete beginner noob status and would love a point in the right direction. What software do you recommend? What tutorials? What courses? Etc, etc. I've been scrambling on my own D:

I appreciate it a lot! Unfortunately I feel like I really need to teach myself at least the basics and make a few videos. I don't want to rely on people doing free work for me and I don't make enough to pay people. Besides, it would be a great skill for me to have in general!

Big software such as adobe is more advance but i hate subscription services so i use

If you're looking for free software, HitFilm express is probably your best option.

I would not recommend Sony Vegas as it doesn't work well with hardware.
