They ban certain heroes for a week and when the week ends another set of heroes are banned. Jeff said it's adjustable, they can increase the time or shorten it.

It’s just a contradiction to themselves about hero bans. Granted this technically isn’t it, but they are still preventing certain heroes from being played, and that is a massive problem.
