Preach. They seem to be completely oblivious to why Mercy players are so upset and disappointed with the direction they’ve been taking her. She’s not even a healbot - her entire role seems to be to damage boost better characters like Ashe, Widow, Pharah. How fun and engaging.

I see a lot of the other bigger mercy players praising this buff, which is fine, but I’m not sure they realize this won’t change much. She’s still ult dependent and that goes against everything the dev team wanted for mercy. This back and forth with them is so jarring.

I have over 500 hours on mercy- and for me her base healing nerf was the worst. Now with 60 hps in valk it is even more prominent how much this extra 10 hps are needed. I often find myself just watching my mates die, cause i cant really keep them alive for long in midfight.

Imo atm she haw bad midfight, mediocre ult. Her mobility is insane, which is why i even after all nerfs enjoy olayinh her. Res is used 80% of time after teemfight and almost never infight, cause you have to either sacrifice herself or your teammate, because you will stop healing

For 2 seconds at least. I really want for them to twek her and make more enjoyable to play as, but tbh I do not think they will look at her any time soon. This "buff" was to calm us down a bit, now they most likely wil focus on other heroes.
