Mercy is getting buffed on PTR. They are reverting the healing nerf when you are in valk and reducing cost of ult by 15%. So still an overall nerf due to base healing still being the equivalent to a pat on the back, but maybe she will just only be bad instead of a throw pick now?

So in essence, after this, compared to before the nerf, she'll get ult at essentially the same speed, but just her healing normally is just dropped by 10?
