Ugh have Comcast as well, know that feeling all too well :( Took me like 3+ techs before they finally fixed it.
My @comcast internet is actually so bad I can't stream on any normal account. As such, we have given birth to a new account - "BlameComcast" which will be doing unranked to GM or as close as possible while DCing every single game all day every day.
