The real problem lies in the App store monopolies we are forced to live under. Just 2 app stores (Google's and Apple's) get to dictate what apps most people worldwide have access to. Orwellian nightmare.
As a small company working working on their own app, things like this scare me https://www.androidpolice.com/2018/03/22/google-warning-developers-include-prominent-crash-reporting-disclosures-apps-face-removal/ … Especially since Google provide no clear way (or reason) why an app collecting crash reports is not compliant.
