It's under the "Metrics" tab in the S3 bucket. This is just a super simple bucket with a lifecycle rule to transition all objects put into it immediately to Intelligent Tiering. So not sure what this new reality of FA is.

IntelligentTieringFAStorage is Frequently Accessed vs IA Infrequently Accessed. S3 will automatically move your objects between these two sub-tiers depending on the access patterns for your files and they each have different storage costs
