Makes total sense!
Thankbox as a brand uses a cheery voice in all our communications. Makes sense since most cards sent are for nice occasions.
But I've had a few now used for condolences. I hated the fact that our emails would still sound cheery in that case. So I decided to address it

That's really nice attention to detail! Getting tone of voice right is tricky. On the tech side, are you just matching keywords or doing something more fancy?

I just wrote some really basic JS string matcher for phrases that I've seen people use for such occasions. It can obviously have false-positives which is why I've given them the option of "opting out".
