I’ve beat Hades with the gun the most times! The trick is to get the triple special or self-damaging special weapon upgrade. Then go all in on damage to undamaged enemies.
Man I never get lucky with the gun or my controls just suck. I've beaten the game with only the shield and bow so far. Shield is just EZ mode
