We use it at
@prodsight. I was a big fan of Mixpanel before but the new limitations on their free tier and the need to instrument every feature in code made Heap a better choice. My favourite bit is that I can create events retrospectively even months after shipping a feature.
Nice, thanks for that! Retrospective events sound amazing! Does it require showing a cookie prompt for your users?
