It seems like Bulgaria 
has been one of the European countries with the best response to #COVID19. It's cases per million are almost 50% less then its immediate neighbours and *a lot* better than western europe.

The country was already in the middle of a Flu season at the start of March and the schools had already been off for ~10 days.
They implemented aggresive lockdown measures when the rest of Europe did, but they had the benefit of being weeks behind the cases trend.
