Groupie users: There is currently a performance issue when using the Kotlin ViewHolder extension. It does a findViewById everytime instead of caching the views. Workaround here: https://github.com/lisawray/groupie#workaround-for-kotlin-synthetic-caching-bug …

Yeah that's basically what the recommendation is. Only difference is your implementation doesn't provide an overload for passing an id which is fine if you don't need it
