Here is the same screen, but this time as a top level fragment (not inside a parent fragment) and it works fine. Literally nothing has changed between the two implementations apart from it being inside another fragment in the first one.pic.twitter.com/L9AEygXepH
It looks like the RecyclerView that displays the results never gets "onBindViewHolder" called even though I set the items. But going away and back to the screen triggers it. I restate - wtf?
