Our templates, right now, are only supported in the campaign view. Hope to have them across all flows soon, though. As a short-term solution if you want to create the design in a campaign we can always copy across the HTML for you.

If you message our support team we'll be happy to do it (along with adding the preview text too). We're in the midst of a huge dashboard update ATM with a number of additions coming to the automation flow.
