Depends on how much money you have in savings, and if you're already maxing out other accounts like Santander's 123 current account. But 1% is reasonable given few other options available, and Monzo make it super easy to use it.

To be honest i think by the point where you've maxed a Santander 123 you're better off looking at either something that's closer to 1.5% or an ISA (latter probably better). Kudos to Monzo for making an easy to use savings account though - I'm all for encouraging people to save
