The taskforce holds daily meetings. Senior #leadership meets 2x a week to review #COVID policies. #Bahrain was one of the first countries in the world to supply & facilitate the #vaccination of citizens abroad. The mandatory use of #facemasks indoors remains in force. #WearAMask

#Bahrain launched the National #Vaccination Campaign in December 2020, providing access to #COVIDvaccines for ALL citizens & residents at no cost while prioritizing those at greatest risk. Currently, 90.3% of individuals aged 50 & up have received at least 1 dose. #VaccinesWork
