This is great, but will there be a converter for current triggers system so it will be easier to work off of that for those who are still confused on how udon works or for those who don't want to start from scratch again and work off that?

No converter as that would not be possible. You can continue to use SDK 2.0 trigger system or SDK 3.0 plus UDON. Really, the new stuff will be a lot easier to use and a lot more powerful. Please read the very long post as part of the alpha release that explains it all in detail.
