  We love #RankedChoiceVoting in #Maine. If no one tops 50% in round 1, the candidate w/ the least votes is eliminated, but her voters now get their 2nd choice. It goes like that til someone tops 50%. Our 2nd Cong race went to 2nd round. You can rank 1, some, all candidates. Easy.
