chick pea pasta is amazing and a good replacement !!! Also one pan dishes are easy and fast as well with a lot of combinations. And you can 100% eat rice just in measured portions

Look up recipes on Pintrest that are diet freindly, that's what I do for most of my meals. Also finding ways to entertain yourself while cooking like listening to music (for me soft jazz), watching a movie, or have a reson to do a cooking stream can be helpful.

Honestly start off with smaller meals. Dont eat till ur bloated and uncomfortable because it taste so good. Biggest meal should always be breakfest for the body to kick ur metabolism into gear. Spread meals out. And do a Vega small good card and some for of protien for ur lunch.

But I'm not a professional dietitian. It's just something I do as a body builder. Everyone's different what works for some may not work for u. It's all about trial and error. And always remember u got this. Keep up the good work.
