Update your drivers, turn off your pc, unplug the pc discharge the pc (try to turn it on while its unplugged), open pc, clean insides (compressed air or a light brushing will do), uninstall RAM card, reinstall RAM card, close case, reconnect to power, reboot, pray. Good Luck!
