no not at all
It's a cache issue. Go to %APPDATA%\LocalLow\Unity. In there, look for "Browser," "Caches," and "WebPlayer" directories. All 3 of them have caches to delete inside of them.
I fixed it by moving all my shit to my 1TB and but I’ll be keeping this in mind!
