If you’ve not yet received the payment but have a confirmation letter from the DWP - don’t worry, the government are due to send us your details and we’ll send you the payment as soon as possible.

We’ll be sending the second WHD payment to our eligible Pay As You Go customers by the end of January, plus the full £150 payment will be added onto eligible billed customer accounts - so this will show on bills in February.

⚡ The government announced a cap on energy prices until April 2024.
⚡ The rates you’ll pay per unit of gas & electric will be limited – however it’s not an absolute cap, so the more energy you use, the more you will pay.

You’ll automatically get the government funded monthly payment of £67, so you don’t need to do anything - but how & when you get it will depend on how you pay for your energy...
