Ugh. Hope you feel better soon. Oregano EO really helps end cough. One drop not more, way to the back of tongue. Make sure you’re hydrated good before you do oil. 
Thursday - mild sore throat, beginnings of a cold; Fri/Sat severe vomiting every hour. Sunday:3am severe migraine headache and cough- what the hell kinda cold is this?
