#ICERaids are coming this Sunday and I want everyone to spread the word about what to do (thread):
1. DO NOT open your door. They have no authority to search or arrest w/o a judicial warrant. Immigrant 'officials' are not judges. You have the right to refuse entry w/o a warrant.
2. Landlords DO NOT have to answer ICE's request for entrance after you refuse to let them in w/o a warrant.
3. Credible warrants MUST contain: -The address of the residency being searched. -Name(s) of subject(s) being searched/arrested. -The legal reason for being searched. -The specifics of what they're searching for and where they're searching.
