Over 2000 applications for the 108 units. Targeted incomes between 30-60% AMI. Today they estimate there's over 200 kids in the building.

Mercy moved their offices to the site(used to be in Belltown). Space was designed so it could eventually be covered to street level retail.

There's a mix of bedrooms, 63 that are bigger than one bedroom. This is a two bedroom.

They do a ton of services for families and even have an on site playground

Overall this is a great location and other developers are realizing it. There's a bunch of development happening.
