Has there ever been a full explanation for the Northgate Link project escalator issues? I recall that with U-Link they ordered lower capacity/commercial grade escalators. I thought ST installed higher quality/capacity escalators for this extension and all others.

They seemed to claim they were modern and met APTA guidelines, but it really makes you wonder…
