City Attorney Pete Holmes conceded his bid for a fourth term.
Public defender Nicole Thomas-Kennedy is pulling 35.5% and Republican Ann Davison 33% of the vote, edging Holmes out of the General Election. His statement:

Belatedly, Pete Holmes is complaining about how may lawsuits the bumbling Durkan administration has wrought upon the City.
Funny because last month he was countersuing on the Mayor's behalf. Seemed pretty cool with it then.

Rather than pushing the Mayor to follow transparency laws, he covered for her and countersued. Then, he only withdrew suit when it became a campaign issue. Ordeal certainly cost him support. #DurkanDelay
