Here's the Strauss amendment the committee moved. It seeks to determine what the schedule of investments would need to be to determine if bonding in 2022 would be necessary. seattle.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&

They haven’t approved bonding, just stated the intent to bond. I won’t be surprised it the entire argument reopens this fall.
