It was remarkable that walking, biking, and transit investments largely went overlooked with the exception of King County’s excellent .

Those types of investments would seem to be the ones the governor wants if “reducing greenhouse gas emissions through transportation investments” is a serious priority, not new car infrastructure like wider I-5 Columbia and US-2 Trestle bridges.
