BREAKING: The Washington State Supreme Court has denied implementation of I-976 for now, which is a strong indication that the plantiffs have showed irreparable harm and likely success on the unconstitutionality of the Eyman initiative.

Note that three justices dissented. One of them is Debra Stephens, who has dissented in past cases against Eyman initiatives.
