UPDATE: Paul Flores has been sentenced to 25 years to life for the murder of Kristin Smart. The nineteen year-old Cal Poly State University freshman went missing after a party in May of 1996. An eyewitness saw Paul Flores walk her home that night, and he was arrested in 2021.
