the ACA was the biggest trick i've seen in awhile. just a way to force people to give money to insurance companies under pain of tax debt. all it does is prop up a broken system of middlemen.
"Force people to buy into a broken and deeply evil system that will ultimately not actually cover them, but on surveys they'll say they have insurance so we can ratfuck that "uninsured" statistic and that's called healthcare."

it's really funny that we all voted for obama over hillary because we thought universal healthcare made more sense than an individual mandate. ha ha, that barack what a scamp.

What was exceptionally funny to me was that the kept comparing the Individual Mandate to laws requiring you to carry basic car insurance as if being alive was something you opted into. Such an oddly obtuse way to find out what your government thinks of you.
