This was a big thing I didn’t like when I was apart of Simplicity and we were in the scene. Same exact complaint.
PUBG Esports is beyond an easy fix or solution for success in NA/EU. The non-existent communication from them to players/organizations is the main reason that it's at this point now.

It took me 7 months to get a reply email from the person in charge of NA Esports after being involved in the scene for 2 years.

They have been terrible since day one. Pretty sure all they really care about is Asia. It has always felt like other regions was just something they had to do.
