Was on campus today. Would be nice if there was some sort of campus-wide alert system outside of twitter. Glad it was resolved without violence.
There was an incident on the Streatham Campus today involving an individual suspected to be in possession of a firearm - the police were called and dealt with the incident swiftly. No-one was injured and one individual is currently in custody.

We do have our text alert system when we need to contact all students and staff but this incident was contain and resolved so quickly, it wasn't needed thankfully.
