Culture starts with and remains attached to a geography and thus gets its identify. But preservation will be successful with diffusion. Spread the practices. Am sure it is being done to a great extent.

I hope and encourage you to "promote substantive dialogue" b/w the PRC and the Tibetan Gov in Exile. It hasn't been done before, but maybe things will change. We are counting on you Uzra!
