Democrats continue to have a massive fundraising advantage over Republicans, especially in swing districts. It's starting to look a lot like 2018 for the Democrats in the fundraising department.

Renee Hoyos in TN-02 has consistently outraised her Republican incumbent opponent, while the other district is held by Scott DesJarlais, so that makes some sense.
Kind only raised about $200,000, but his Republican opponent raised a solid $500,000. It was part of the reason why Sabato moved the district to Likely D today actually

Well, maybe not. We threw everything we had at Nick Rahall and the partisanship of the district took him out anyway. Balter might be saved by running in a D+2 seat in what looks to be a Dem landslide year
