@ZoeQuinnzel It's absurd. When I started my job hunt, I was blown away to see that "entry level" positions required min 3-5 yrs experience. -
@projectbc that's an employer who apparently doesn't understand what words mean -
@ZoeQuinnzel It's sadly quite common. :/ What it means is "we want someone with lots of experience who we can pay an entry level salary"
