One of the biggest gribes I have with fantasy settings is that people in a race have 1 personality ever. Dwarves are surly, elves aloof, etc

@ZoeQuinnzel I guess what I'm saying is that Tolkien's characters weren't all archetypes, but fantasy now has fallen to that
