@ZoeQuinnzel I just lack the tricep strength. I lower myself down to 90 degree bends in both arms, then kinda collapse. -

@ZoeQuinnzel My mum's contribution to my business is yoga and 24-hour fitness memberships, so really, I ought make better use of them.
