Vampire: Bloodlines was 2004 as all get out but had some really neat ideas and is still one of my favorite RPGs.

@ZoeQuinnzel Yup. Remove the lol!insane Malks (not Malks per se!) & the out of place nudity... it might be the best role-playing game ever.
@derElbi oh dear I forgot about the random nudity. Malks are tricky - I knew a GM that wouldn't let players roll one lest they go all zany
