@ZoeQuinnzel Ooo thanks for the tip! I definitely will have to bleach my hair since it's so dark... so I'll bleach it and then slowly dye it
@omglazerkittens and then the neon colors can get under them and to the root of your hair. deep conditioning afterward locks them in.

@ZoeQuinnzel Due to a bad bleach job from a hair stylist... I had to stop dying my hair :( I used to always have it red. Stopped 2 yrs ago
